'Always on top' blocks SpeedCrunch dialogs

When SpeedCrunch is set to be always on top, the main window is also on top of SpeedCrunch dialogs.

How to reproduce this: - Set SpeedCrunch to be always on top - Position the SpeedCrunnch main window so that it covers the center of the screen - Press CTRL-i to add a variable, or goto Help-> About (or do whatever other action will spawn a dialog) - See that the dialog is underneath the main window, and hence 'invisible'.

SpeedCrunch version: 0.10.1 OS: WinXP Pro 2002 SP3
