Custom Color Schemes

Greatest calculator program ever!  Would it be hard to add a feature to either create
custom color schemes or have downloadable color schemes?

Load color schemes from files rather than hardcoded data. Fixes #522.

Color schemes are loaded from a simple JSON format. The following directories are searched for files with a '.color-scheme' extension:

${DATA_PATH}/color-schemes :/color-schemes (in the executable resources)

DATA_PATH is QStandardPaths::AppDataLocation for regular builds or the executable directory on portable builds.
