Automatic precision works incorrectly for non-decimal fractionals

When calculating hex(0.6) the displayed result is 0x0.A in case result precision is set to automatic.

Bug present in the currently latest state of master (commit 987c7f909f).

Proposed fix attached.

Funny that the fix consists in solely removing code!
