Option for single instance

Former user created an issue

I launch SpeedCrunch with a keyboard shortcut and often end up with multiple windows because it's faster to launch it than switch to it. It would be great if there were an option in the app for "Single instance only" that would focus the already-existing window when the program was launched, instead of creating a new one.
