Any recent stable versions ready for a release?

Hello,
I recently had to build speedcrunch from source because version 0.12 was displaying poorly on high DPI displays. This issue was fixed in Issue #716, however, no releases have occurred since then.
Are there any planned releases in the near future? Many users install via the homebrew cask for MacOS, which is still using 0.12 since a new version has not been released.

AFAIK, we do have development builds for Windows and Ubuntu, but not for Mac.
Dunno if @sgaist can set up such things, but TBH, I think it would be better to release minor versions more frequently (once a year at least).
