Issue #240 resolved

Benjamin Klum repo owner created an issue 2016-11-02

But weird. The same happens when recording with REAPER's built-in record function and stopping recording before note off of the last note.

bl8 also reported recording of relatively long MIDI notes that have not been played.

re ~~#240~~ Don't let notes hang which are still played on recording stop, also fix bug that could have caused random notes to appear at the beginning of the clip
