Make it possible to record VST instruments as audio

Recording track output is no good option because it has a serious drawback: You can't record while another clip on the same track is already playing, otherwise it will be in the new clip as well.

Easy but maybe too weird: Choose MIDI input, force stereo recording, put VSTi in input FX chain (that's the weird part).

Solution: Put the recorded clip on another track, not the track from which is recorded. What track? For now, I will put it on the Playtime track itself.
