Benjamin Klum repo owner created an issue 2014-11-16

The installer could check where REAPER currently looks for VST instruments and also warn if there's a 32-bit/64-bit configuration problem (for example if 64-bit folder is on position 1 and 32-bit folder on position 2 - that doesn't work).

Fix ~~#42~~ - Also update REAPER ini if new folder has been set by user - Make sure VST folder positions are done right in 64-bit REAPER
