Give default loadouts to all KA-50 slots

Former user created an issue

FARPs are highly unreliable, oftentimes forcing players to fly their KA-50s across the entire map just to get a rearm. I think spawning them with a default loadout (possibly 12xVikhr and 10xS-13 ) would temporarily solve the issue

    Should be fixed in 3.0.6. We'll get a bit more feedback from those changes and if they still aren't working correctly we'll revisit this solution.
