Add search capability to Manage Versions page

Issue #3 new
Kelly ZImmermann created an issue

Currently we have many many versions and it takes the page a long time to load all of them (have to scroll down to the bottom). There is no way of easily searching/filtering to find a specific version quickly.

Thanks for reporting. I will have a look at, what I can help here. Would be nice, if you could give me some more background about the use case. Why do you have to scroll down? Why do you have to search for a specific version? Can you describe the full workflow and need for this workflow?

Also some technical questions. What version of JIRA and Version Manager of JIRA are you using?

According to our JIRA admin focal - we actually do not use this plugin? Even though we have a page called Manage Versions - he said its just a part of JIRA?

I have released a new version of Version Manager, which removes archived versions from the Manage Versions page. See #5 for details.

P.S: If you attach a screenshot from your page (or send via private email), I can tell you if this is the standard JIRA page or your JIRA admin got confused and Version Manager is installed on your JIRA instance.

    Hello

We are very interested in this search feature and look forward to get it in the nearest release.

    Thanks,
