Bad bands are not removed despite having selected the option

This is marked as critical but has not been fixed. As processing in EnMapBox does not honor

the bb list in the hdr and most hyperspectral sensors have some bad bands, this is operationally very important for the user.

There is even the risk that the user assumes bad band have been removed and goes on with a long processing chain…
