No module named 'matplotlib'

Although they probably never need matplotlib, most EnMAP-Box processing algorithms cannot be started without having it installed.
Note that matplotlib is not part of a standard QGIS distribution.

How to reproduce:

1. Create a clean QGIS environment
2. Install EnMAP-Box plugin
3. Start EnMAP-Box

Agreed, I will make it a non-blocking dependency and move all imports into the class methods that need it.

Note: under Windows it will be installed. I guess this is a Linux only problem.
