MetadataEditor and Reclassify windows not minimizable/maximizable

Make it a real window with Buttons for minimizing and maximizing the window. I have a big screen and want to see all the metadata with one click ;-)

    The same is true for the Reclassify App. A have to frickle a lot around with the borders of the standard QDialog to get the Window big enought. Use QMainWindow or a comparable widget.

    Seems to be an windows problem, since both can be maximized on macOS

    (it's not a matter of QDialog or not, but which widget flags are set for)
