add Spectral Linking functionality

Feedback from EARSeL tutorial: when linking the currently selected pixel profile from an EnMAP raster into a SpectralView, we want to also see the pixel profile of the spatially linked Hymap raster in the SpectralView to dynamically explore the spectral differences of both sensors.

Proposal: add new functionality that allows to link a MapView with a raster (or list of rasters). Whenever the user selects a new location in the MapView, the profiles of all linked raster should be plotted in the SpectralView.
