Add WMS layer without QGIS

Add a WMS folder inside the DataSources Panel (or somewhere else, if it makes more sense) to directly drag&drop WMS onto MapViews, without the need to display them first in QGIS.

If possible just clone the XYZ Tiles list known from QGIS:

Good idea, but should be better implemented as option in the Tools / Project menu.

Done. WMS Layers seams to be added to the EnMAP-Box, but are not visible in the DataSources Panel. Inside QgsMapLayerCombobox widgets, the WMS layers are visible.

@Benjamin Jakimow please have a look at it.
