preserve scale and center when MapViews get resized
(requested by the audience during the FOSSGIS2020 live demo)
Given a MapView with specific scale and center:
After the MapView is resize (e.g. by adding another MapView) the scale is altered:
After any resize event, the MapView scale and center should be restored. The example above, should look like this:
During the demo, we had some extreme “jumps” of different MapView scales, resulting from resize events. I then had to quickly “repair” the MapViews and adjust the scale back to normal.
