delete confusing Warning message
Some testers got confused with this warning. We shall just delete it. What is it good for?
One tester tried to install the packages with conda, but the QGIS was installed via OSGeo4W

reporter Nice, seeing only missing packages is mutch better!
But can you allow to install numba again?
Can be done with PIP, so why block it?

Package manager now shows after startup missing packages only
