after recent bugfixes on MASTER the metadata.txt is corrupted again and EnMAP-Box TEST DUMMY can't be loaded inside QGIS

Is the QGIS python log writing anythni about which metadata is missing?

Nothing is missing, the plugins metadata.txt file was not correctly formated. I already fixed that on MASTER by copying the metadata.txt from DEVELOP.

@Benjamin Jakimow shall I just replace the file with the DEVELOP version?
