Remove "source" column from example speclibs

Benjamin Jakimow created an issue

the two speclibs in the the example data contain a “source” column.
As it is empty and does not provide any information it can be removed.
Specifically the SRF library might get additional metdata (via official QGIS metadata widget) where it was taken from etc.
