create interface to Awesome Spectral Indices repository

Make the full list of Awesome Spectral Indices available in the EnMAP-Box.

Given a spectral raster layer inside the DataSource panel, allow to open a derived index inside an open/new map view via the context menu.

Use the new VRT band math algorithm to create light-weight VRT layer.

Replace context menu entries with a more convenient stand-alone dialog.

Stand-alone dialog is ready. By double-clicking into the index table, you can quickly add an index to a map view:

Hi Dimitris,

the Spectral Indices tool will be released with EnMAP-Box v3.10 (around end of March 2022).
