GEE Viewer icons are not removed when disabling EnMAP-Box

Disabling a QGIS Plugin should remove all icons, actions, editor type etc. which have been added when the plugin got enabled in the QGIS plugin installer. The EnMAP-Box does so only partially, but not the GEE Time Series app icons are not removed.

Enabling and disabling the EnMAP-Box will therefore repeatedly add new toolbar actions without removing the old instances
