Change #define REAL to #define _MAGMA_REAL

I have an application that uses the #define REAL macro to something else, causing compilation errors when magma is included. This macro is highly subjected to be redefined by the user, thus changing the macro's name to something like _MAGMA_REAL would avoid such issues in the future.

Yes, that's true. Though a leading _ is reserved in C++, so probably just MAGMA_REAL.

Use MAGMA_REAL and MAGMA_COMPLEX in external headers to avoid potential conflicts. Fixes issue #5.
