PR Squash is a Bitbucket Server (aka Stash) plugin that lets you get rid of those temporary commits that pollute your repository history by unifying them into a single one.

How does it work?

This plugin will squash the commits into the source branch to then merge them into the destination branch. The result? A clean and tidy history that will make clear why we did every change (instead having to browse between ‘WIP’ messages)

Just before merging your commit, you will have the chance to edit the commit message.
