Do we need to know the ID? We can't edit it and it doesn't influence the order I don't think?

It could possibly be hidden in the modal and table.

Do you mean the tables of Hierarchy, Linked Areas etc? If yes, I agree, we don't have to show the IDs.

Resolves ~~#10~~ Removed ID table column and moved/hid the ID field
