Using Environment Controls

The water and sky settings in a region by default is set to region windlight as intended by the person who owns the region. But you have the option to disable region windlight and choose your own settings easily by clicking the gear icon in the upper right of your viewer. Uncheck the region windlight box if needed then select the water and sky.
