Overview

We store only the bare minimum amount of data on our servers, so that you can use Kanban Board for Bitbucket comfortably, but without giving out your confidential data. Kanban Board for Bitbucket persists the board configuration per individual repository. We do not collect any information about your issues.

Kanban Board for Bitbucket uses Heroku, an Atlassian recommended cloud platform, for running the hosted service and persisting the registration entries, and Amazon ElastiCache for persisting board configuration.

People and Access

Kanban Board for Bitbucket support team accesses Heroku data only for purposes of application health monitoring and performing system or application maintenance, and upon customer request for support purposes. Cloud users are authenticated using Atlassian Connect OAuth authentication. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own Confluence Cloud login information.

Backups

As of now, we provide no backups of your board configuration.
