Uploaded facilities using the Resource Map's Import Wizard are displayed in the MFL for one second

• Browser: Chrome (Version 37.0.2062.120)
• Prerequisites: The MFL is empty
• Click the link 'Import initial MFL data using Resource Map's Import Wizard →'
• Upload a CSV with new sites
• Back to resmap-recon
• Go to Reconcile Source Lists (/curate)
• Expected: the facilities that where uploaded using the Resource Map's Import Wizard are not displayed as Facilities of the Master List because the facilities were not mapped
• Actual: New Facilities are displayed in the master list and they are hidden after a few seconds
