Recuring Exception RpcException with VS 16.3.10 | PSTools 5.1.3

I get this error randomly with VS 16.3.10 | PSTools 5.1.3.

If I get it directly at startup, VS will crash. When I get it while editing files, VS usually manages to stay alive.

    Still happening with 5.1.4 - VS crashes if it has a ps1 file open after a few seconds.
