Incorrect tab expansion

I installed "PowerShell Tools for Visual Studio" for Visual Studio 2017, everything seems to work fine, but whenever I press TAB key, it doesn't add tab, but tries to insert some random text starting with .\ and file or folder name from the working directory following those two symbols. How can I disable this "feature" and make it so that TAB key adds indentation instead of whatever the extension is trying to do? P.S. The TAB key works fine when I press it in a comment line or comment block, but not outside of comments.
