Currently can only specify hkick and vkick for both hkicker and vkicker. It would be useful to be able to specify simply the B field too. This would be consistent with sbend and rbend that can accept angle or B.

Allow hkicker and vkicker strength to be specified via magnetic field B only. Fixes Issue ~~#249~~.
