decapole not in parser

Just to clarify from reading the commits to the manual - we don't have an octupole as a separate item? I thought we did. It's written as a multipole.

we do, the octupole bit is before that. I thought the multipole example would be more clear like that (which coefficients represent what). But feel free to change it.
