Bring back Launchbox.xml

To start with, bulk edits are usually changes that span platforms. With the xml split up between platforms, keeping track and backing up/restoring changes you make can be a nightmare. It's also inefficient for editing the XML data now; instead of one big file it's split up into folders; a mass edit isn't possible anymore if my changes aren't saving (reported this issue just now).
