What is actually meant with this. Like a video showing the console? In the system select screen?

I second CriticalCid's motion for custom filter videos. Also, if you could add videos for the genre, series etc. filters it would be sweet too.

I think an easy way to add system videos is for Launchbox to randomly play Emu Movies videos for any games that we own in our Launchbox account in the associated platform. I don't like the idea of a general video that showcases games I don't own.

Great idea. Could make use of those systems video from emumovies. on Big Box the system video could be used instead of the system text description and be toggle on/off

I'm glad that this platform views idea is catching on now. I believe that randomly selecting the Emu Movies videos that you have in your collection as the platform videos is the best idea.

Not only is it good to source only videos that you own on that associated platform, but it's also a good way to populate videos for all the filters you've set up. For example, when viewing "Sonic the Hedgehog" on the "View Series" option in Big Box, it'd be cool to be able to get all of the Emu Movies videos for the games in that series list to auto-populate as well.

The same can be said for viewing "Capcom" Emu Movies videos in the "View Developers" option, or "Fighting" Emu Movies videos in the "View Genres" option.
