Feature request : Feature for non-english region

Hello, please understand English is not my first language.

I’m South korean and speak korean. But Launchbox metadata based in English, I organize data in English. That’s ok, But There seems to be some inconvenience to other region users. After previous post,(https://bitbucket.org/jasondavidcarr/launchbox/issues/5738/after-scan-for-added-rom-some-roms-are) Here is my proposal.

1. “Scan for added roms” feature : Please make it possible to add games with different region(version). because there is no romset for koreans, so first, I manage it by creating a library with English Romsets, then adding Korean Roms. But current “Scan for added roms” feature skips adding game if there same title exists on library. It ignores even if it's a different version.
   so now, I have only two options. 1. check all I added korean roms and adding roms one by one or 2. clear whole library and import, organize whole library again. Either of them, very annoying and time-comsuming job.. I would appreciate it if you could improve the function!
2. This is much minor issue, Anyway, The current filter option ignores to read the content contained in additional name. Example, If I set default to Armored core (USA) and combined additional apps to Armored core (Korea), and there is no way to filtering with “korea” unless set default app to korea version or separate rom by region. I hope there is an option to filter by region no matter what combined or not.

It's hard to write in a foreign language. I'm not sure i wrote properly, but I'd appreciate it if you could consider my proposals. Thanks for read!
