Big Box scrolling sticking on machines with performance issues

Hey just wanted to report a couple issues i noticed in Big Box.
Sometimes when you are scrolling through games it will stick and then rapidly skip around multiple titles and it is very jarring.

VLC handles 4:3 video in a better way than WMP. Before they may have been stretched because of default settings, VLC natively doesn't I believe. So if a video now has black bars it could be because it is 4:3 and not 16:9 unless you are saying that the video player is in 4:3 and still has black bars, in which case yea that is a bug probably.
