Allow to hide Categories/Platforms/Playlists from LB and BB.

Examples:

1. Sometimes emulator does not work yet or anymore but you want to keep the platform in LB settings but hide it from displaying.
2. Gives the ability to hide a category and only let its playlist be visible (due to LB importing limitations).
3. Gives the ability to create a playlist and hide it and fill it later or in the future.
