Names with identical titles on same platform, bad data.

There's some situations where in the same platform are various games with the same exact title. In the arcade database you could find for example the first beatemup double dragon and the neogeo mvs version with the same exact title. This issue triggers that when emumovies or the scrapper downloads info and videos could fail downloading the same data for the two entries. Needs a fix, one option is database policy on this case adding some extra data on the name info like Double Dragon and Double Dragon (Vs, Neogeo) or other thing to avoid this issue.
