Delete entry, rom files and other associated files with Shift + Delete

I'm not on the forums but SentaiBrad brought it up briefly in one of his videos a long while back about people complaining about deleting an entry in their library but not deleting the rom/iso/whatever file. My idea is when you right-click the entry in the library, hover over Delete, hold Shift or Control or come key combination then clicking Delete in the menu. That would delete the game file, and all associated imagery/manuals/etc. Or maybe a slightly more simple solution is to make it a keyboard combo like Ctrl + Shift + Delete (or Backspace for the 10 keyless people).
