Open PDF manuals inside of BB

Can the PDF manuals be open directly through BB instead of an external PDF viewer? A library like PDFiumViewer can render the pages from the PDF as images and display them.

Just another thought. Is it possible to open the manuals from RocketLauncher within Big Box, without launching the game? That could be another solution once the RocketLauncher plugin is available.

If it can be done in rocketlauncher it could probably be done natively in BB/LB which would be more professional looking.
