Admin panel is not accessible to Administrator permission

It seems this is only accessible to system admins, it would make more sense for it to be accessible to regular admins as well.

@kavehv I've published v1.1.3 to the Atlassian Marketplace that allows normal administrators to edit the plugin configuration as well. Thanks for pointing this out!
