You can use this guide

Move and/or rename eclipse Project which contained in a Git repository

• Right clic on the project and choose Refractor -> Move..

• Choose the new folder for the project. I.e. the new folder will be the project folder. You should create the new folder and select it. The contents of the old folder will be moved to the new folder and the old folder will be deleted.
