User in India logged work view is incorrect

Hi,

We have a JIRA server in the US on EST, I have a user in India that logs time. He logged work on Feb 28th for 4 hours 30 minutes. TROCK is displaying the time on March 1st when he views it. When we view his TROCK, it is displaying the logged time correctly, on Feb 28th . (what shows in the worklog table)

He did not log time on March 3rd but TROCK is displaying the time logged for March 2nd on March 3rd. And the time logged for March 3rd on March 4th.

Any ideas on why this is happening and how to fix it? I have multiple users in India using your tool to reconcile their time for the month.
