lot of commands and test, will try to reimplement as many as possible next week.
Tcl commad rules should be rewitten .

old commands does not raise exceptions, that is unacceptable now ;)

@sopak Can you list the commands that still have to be ported to the new architecture? I need to know when we can start testing for version 8.5.
