Shortcuts in Title case instead of UPPER case (UX Improvement)

Shortcuts are being displayed upper case syntax in menus.

This changes the user’s focus to the shortcuts instead of the menu items.

Also, other applications in my system (Ubuntu) use the title case to show shortcuts.

To illustrate this, you can see, for example, Google Chrome, Freecad, Kicad, Inkscape, Gimp.

If this is possible to change, I would suggest using the title case.

Example, changing them from CRTL+N to Ctrl+N

Fixed in my working copy. The fix will be available in version 8.992 of FlatCAM beta.

• modified all CTRL+ with Ctrl+ and all ALT+ with Alt+ and all SHIFT+ with Shift+. Fixed issue #387.
