Invalid domain / Invalid email

When we are adding a domain other than .com or .in , we are getting an error as invalid data , we are trying to add a domain ending with .travel . Seems to be some validation error , can you help me out in clearing this .

I have already worked with misc.php and changed the value from {2,5} to {2,10} , but still the problem persists.
