Message pane shows garbled attachment strings for SOME attachments
Hey Jsuto,
thanks for creating this wonderful solution!
We have a minor problem with the display of some PDF attachments - screenshot and message in question in the attachments. I thought this might be similar to bug #737 but can't find the relevant files in piler 1.1.1
piler -v
piler 1.1.1, build 904, Janos SUTO <sj@acts.hu>
Build Date: Tue Jan 24 07:29:46 EST 2017
ldd version: ldd (Debian GLIBC 2.19-18+deb8u7) 2.19
gcc version: gcc version 4.9.2 (Debian 4.9.2-10)
Configure command: ./configure --localstatedir=/var --with-database=mysql --enable-starttls --enable-tcpwrappers
Any ideas?
Thanks again, Martin

repo owner Sorry that it took so long, however I think this message may not be correct. I mean that the trailing boundary line is missing. Also 'text/html' as the content-type of a pdf attachment is also strange. Note that in the meantime I've switched to Zend mail parser, however it also throws an exception for such a message.

reporter hmm - that message is a basic plain text thunderbird email with an attachment, nothing fancy or generated. It passes a couple of postfix MTAs and is being bcc'ed to mailpiler on the last one. Any ideas on where to look for problems?
-
repo owner What I meant is that you should try to send such a test email with a different mailer, and let's see if it helps.
