Explain the factor 0.93 in the computation of wetbulb temperature

Currently, the wetbulb temperature is optimized to a slightly different formula than described in the documentation. These two should be made consistent. What is the rational of this factor?

    Factor 0.93 in wetbulb.temp documented and added to list of constants. Fixes Issue #6. Changes do not affect results. Test for wetbulb.temp added. Email address updated.
