When using 'Convert Filename to a Title' script in functions.php, the thumbnail no longer shows

When adding the script for 'Convert Filename to a Title' per the documentation, the title shows but not the thumbnail. The thumbnail is replaced with a default white gradient image.

This supports the change in short codes and fixes issue #7 about the filename filter.
