Change color and title in AUROC plot

Hi there, I was wondering if it is possible to change the colors of the ROC curves (default green, blue, red) to other colors such as e.g. "#a1d99b","#41ab5d","#005a32"

Example plot that I am using auroc2 = auroc(plsda10,style="ggplot", roc.comp = 2)

I was furthermore wondering if I could rename title and legend of my plot. Is there any solution for this problem? Thanks Mike

Hi , sorry we’re getting back to you now as we had not realised we have not updated our issues page on Bioconductor (we’re now on GitHub and discussions are on Discourse).
