Sign up validation behaves weirdly sometimes

1. open sign up form
2. submit it
3. required fields will all receive their error messages, however they'll receive the valid-block class, not turning them red

Moving some Request classes to where they belong, adding back password confirmation to sign up form and making passwords required there. closes #96
